1. Participation

The referral program is open to natural persons aged 18 or older who register via the ALUMNI TALENTS website. Participation in the referral program is free of charge.

2. How the Referral Program Works

After registering, participants may refer another person to ALUMNI TALENTS:

The referred person must independently register via the ALUMNI TALENTS website and provide the name or referral link of the referring person during registration.

For every successful registration, the referred person will receive a free CV review or application coaching session.

3. Requirements for the Referral Bonus

The referring person will receive a referral bonus of €500 if all of the following conditions are met:

• the referred person has not previously been registered with ALUMNI TALENTS,

• the referral was clearly assigned during the first registration,

• ALUMNI TALENTS successfully places the referred person with a company,

• an employment contract is concluded between the referred person and the company,

• the agreed placement fee has been paid in full to ALUMNI TALENTS,

• and the successful placement takes place within 24 months after the referred person’s registration.

Only one referral bonus can be granted per referred person.

There is no entitlement to a placement of the referred person.

4. Payment

The referral bonus will be paid within 30 days after full receipt of the placement fee by ALUMNI TALENTS via bank transfer to the specified bank account.

5. Fair Use

Any abuse, manipulation, or false information may result in exclusion from the referral program and the refusal or reclaiming of payments.

6. CV Review & Application Coaching

The free CV review or application coaching session will be conducted digitally via video call and within a reasonable scope.

7. Changes and Termination of the Program

ALUMNI TALENTS reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time with effect for the future. Referrals already registered prior to such changes remain unaffected.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the ALUMNI TALENTS privacy policy.

​

9. Tax Information

The referral bonus may be subject to taxation. The referring person is solely responsible for properly declaring the payment to the relevant tax authorities.

10. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
